1. Within a contact record click on 'Notes'
2. Click on 'Add Note' to add a new note
Here you'll add new notes and see all notes historically added to this contact record.
3. Next, edit the name of your note by selecting the 'New Note' text and replacing it with your desired title
For the sake of this documentation, I'll use: "2025 Trip Planning Call 12/13"
Note: you'll notice we're autosaving this page which you're alerted to in the upper righthand corner next to the disc icon.
4. Next, edit the description of your note for further context by clicking into the description box itself
The description is the crux of what you want this note to tell you.
5. No need to click save because this page autosaves for you
You'll always see the last time a note was saved in the icon below and then it will turn into a disk when it's been autosaved completely.
6. To click back to all notes on that contact, click the back arrow
7. To delete a note, simply click the three ellipses in the note
