Am I able to delete a form template if it has responses?

Users are unable to delete forms that have responses in Tern at this time. This is due to the fact that the responses are connected to the form template, so deleting the form itself would delete the responses. Tern prevents this, and you will see an alert "Cannot delete forms with responses" if you try to delete a form that has responses.
