If you're seeing a persistent "Generating Itinerary PDF" message, try these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Quit and reopen your browser.

  2. Perform a hard refresh (command + shift + R on Mac, control + shift + R on PC).

  3. Clear your browser cache.

If the issue persists, it might be a glitch. We recently introduced the PDF download feature, which you can enable in the trip's Overview tab.
