Currently, any trip collaborators will only have access to the pricing, overview, itinerary, and activity pages. Tern is working on task and email collaboration features, which will enable trip collaborators to see tasks and email travelers associated with the trip. For now, ensure that the subagent is set as a full access traveler and verify that their email address matches exactly with their Tern traveler account to avoid access issues.
