First, ensure that you’ve imported all relevant contact records from TESS and VCRM. Once the contacts are in the system, follow the standard process to import trips, by navigating to the "Contacts" tab and selecting "Import Contacts." Make sure contact records are fully created before adding historical trip data to them, such as selecting "Import Past Trips." This ensures that your data is correctly matched to the existing contacts.
