We have a feature called "Booking reassignment" that lets you move a booking from one agent profile to another. Here's how you can do it:1. Ensure you have collaborators on your trip. If you want to assign bookings to agency administrators, add their email to the trip collaboration section. 2. On any package, insurance, or itinerary item, you'll see a new 'owner' drop-down menu. 3. Select the new owner from the list of trip collaborators to reassign the booking.Please note, if the activity is already marked as 'booked', you can only change the owner to someone within the same agency who is also a trip collaborator.
