A payment to me is not transferred. What should I do?

There could be a few reasons the payment hasn't been transferred to your bank account yet. Payments go through different statuses like 'Ready' (eligible to be paid out but not processed yet) or 'On Hold' (not eligible for payout yet, as some agencies hold payments until a specific date before or after travel). Check your payment status in the system if possible. It's also advisable to contact your agency admin directly as they handle payment processing.
