Enable Authorizations in your Trip Settings (Settings > Trip Settings > Payment Authorizations). Once enabled, fields for Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy will appear in your proposal when a trip package is ready for authorization. Clients must agree to these terms during the authorization process. Both parties will receive an email receipt, and authorizations will log in Trip Activity.
