Tern's system currently uses the date when the 'Mark as Paid' button is clicked to track the payment submission date. The commission tracking starts tracking commission status only after an activity is marked as 'booked'. The system does not automatically track installment payment dates; it relies on manually provided information when logging payments. You have the option to adjust the 'date received' to accurately reflect the payment receipt dates.
