To set up an automation that sends emails after trip requests are received, go to the Library and select Automations. Create a new automation, set the trigger event to trip creation, and the timing to immediately. You'll need to create your email action, choose your recipients, and set the automation to active. You can apply it to specific trips or include it in a workflow. However, note that currently, it isn’t possible to send an email immediately after a trip request is received. Immediate automation triggers are under review for a future update.
