How can I create an automation to send emails after a trip request is received?

To send an email immediately when a trip request comes in, use the Automation Added trigger. Go to your Library, select Automations, and create a new automation. Set the trigger to Automation Added, create your email action, choose your recipients, and set the automation to active. Then include it in the workflow that gets applied when a trip request is received — and the email will fire the moment the workflow kicks off.

⚠️ The automation must be active when added for it to fire. Toggling from inactive to active will also trigger it, and toggling back and forth will re-fire each time.
