Steps to take

  1. Navigate to any report

  2. Click on the three-dot menu on the top right corner of the module

  3. Select Download

  4. Choose from PNG, XLSX, CSV, or PDF

Note: Some module’s data may not be available as either a PNG or PDF.

  5. Click Download

Many advisors use exports to manage monthly income tracking, prepare documents for taxes, or analyze performance trends over time. Keeping consistent versions month to month makes comparisons seamless.

Best Practices

  1. Export PDFs for leadership meetings, advisor 1:1s, and high-level snapshots. PDFs lock the data in place, making them perfect for presenting performance numbers, KPI summaries, or advisor comparisons without risk of accidental edits.

  2. Use filters to export only the data you truly need

    Before exporting, set filters for:

    • Date ranges

    • Specific advisors

    • Specific suppliers

    • Trip status (Booked, Canceled, etc.)

This keeps files focused and reduces unnecessary cleanup work.

  3. Always confirm your columns before exporting. Use “Edit Columns” under the three-dot menu to include only the fields you want. Tailoring columns ensures your exports stay consistent across months — and consistent reports are far easier to compare.

  4. Keep a naming convention for all exported files. Use a predictable format like: Agency-Sales-MTD-July-2025.xlsx or Received-Commission-YTD-2025.pdf

Clean naming keeps your records organized and audit-friendly.

  5. Export before making major agency changes

If you're restructuring advisor teams, switching host agencies, changing compensation, or transitioning suppliers, having “before” snapshots protects historical data.
