From the trip, click on itinerary tab: This is where you layout the trip
Drag a cruise library item onto the board: You add content to the itinerary by dragging and dropping.

1. Accessing the Trip Overview Page
Navigate to Your Trip:
Go to the Trip Overview page. Here, you can add travelers from your CRM, upload a photo, set the currency, add trip tags, and allow document downloads.
Navigate to the Itinerary Tab:
Click on the "Itinerary" tab on the left side of the trip page to access all the different features available for the trip.
2. Adding a Cruise to the Itinerary
Access the Cruise Library:
On the right-hand side, you'll see the components or building blocks of Tern. You can drag and drop these elements onto the desired date in your itinerary.
Drag and Drop:
To add a cruise, drag the cruise library item from the right-hand side to the desired date on the left.
Alternatively, if you’re on a mobile device, click the plus icon to add content directly to the day.
Adjust the Layout:
You can toggle between a vertical or horizontal layout for the itinerary view by selecting the desired option on the right-hand side. Tern will remember your preference.
3. Selecting a Cruise
Itinerary Explorer View:
After dragging a cruise item, Tern will display the itinerary explorer view, showing cruises available between your trip dates.
Tern automatically filters these options. Use the filter section to narrow down choices by ships, ports, and other data fields.
Search for a Specific Cruise:
For example, if looking for a cruise to Venice, type "Venice" in the search bar to see available options.
Select a cruise (e.g., Windstar cruise) and click "Add to Itinerary."
4. Preview the Itinerary
Preview:
Click on "Preview" to see what your itinerary looks like.
This gives you a sneak peek without finalizing all details.
