How to Log an Activity or Sale with Your Agency
If you are a member of an agency, it is important to log all activities and sales with your agency so that they can be properly tracked and included in your agency's commissions and reports. This can easily be done by marking an item as booked. Follow the steps below to learn how.
Step 1: Find the Activity
First, you will need to find the activity that you want to log as a booking with your agency. This can be done by navigating to the activity in your account.
Step 2: Click the Booking and Pricing Tab
Once you have found the activity, click on the "Booking and Pricing" tab. This will bring you to a page where you can view and edit the booking details for the activity.
Step 3: Mark the Activity as Booked
Scroll down to the section where you enter the booking supplier information, just under the payments section. Here, you will see a button labeled "Mark as booked". Click on this button to mark the activity as booked with your agency.
Step 4: Review the Booking Details
After marking the activity as booked, it is important to review the booking details to ensure that everything is correct. This includes choosing the correct IATA in the accreditation if you are a member of multiple agencies.
