I don't see the owner's trips automatically despite being an admin. Are the owner's settings different?

This is because the owner does not have the agency set as her Default agency. She needs to go to her agency settings, click the three dots next to the agency, and select 'Set as default'. Once this is done, all of her trips will automatically be shared with the admin on the agency moving forward. However, all her current trips will need to be individually shared with the Admins in the collaboration section of the overview tab on the trip.
