To reconcile your commission, you need to add the booking from the 'Add a Booking' section. It doesn't look like you have any matching booking under your account, but there is a matching booking found under Legato. Since you are listed as an agent (not admin), you won't be able to create a statement and reconcile it yourself. A Legato admin will need to add the booking. You can also change the expected date so it will not be marked as overdue while your agency reconciles this booking.
