Currently, you can't use an existing form directly for a group trip landing page. Instead, a specific signup form is created for each group trip. To set this up:
Go to your group trip's landing page settings.
Enable the signup option.
Customize the signup form for your trip. This form will be unique to your group trip and cannot be saved as a template yet.
