We've streamlined activity statuses, including flights, to start at "planning." Once marked as "booked," the only changes allowed are to "canceled" or to update the booking date. Flights have real-time updates within 72 hours of departure. This approach ensures consistency, helping with advisor commission and reporting dashboards while preventing potential status confusion.
