We don't have a direct feature for copying a specific multiple option from one reservation to another; however, you can duplicate an entire trip with all options included. Log into your Tern account, go to the Trips page, select the trip you want to duplicate, then choose 'Duplicate Trip'. You can then modify or remove options as needed for the new reservation.
