I'm receiving a message that I do not have permission to view a booking.

If you can't click the View in Trip button, it means the agent hasn't shared that trip with you or your agency. The agent needs to go to the trip, and on the Overview tab, scroll down to Collaboration and add the necessary collaborators. Once added, they will have to publish the trip again to make it accessible.
