Adding insurance options to your trip is simple. Follow these steps:
Choose the trip you'd like to add insurance to and click on the 'Insurance' tab.
By default, you'll see options for 'declining to insure trip' and 'opting to buy insurance elsewhere'.
To present insurance options to your client, click 'Add Insurance Option'.
Fill out the policy information: add the insurance name, supplier, and upload or link to the supplier policy. Include the quote number and date if available, and specify the policy price.
Add as many options as you'd like.
When the options are ready, toggle 'ready for client review' at the top of the page.
Finally, re-publish the trip for your client to see the new insurance options.
