Why isn't my insurance policy visible to clients on Tern?

To display an insurance policy for your client, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the 'Insurance' tab within your selected trip.

  2. Add desired insurance options using the 'Add Insurance Option' button.

  3. Complete details around the policy name, supplier, and pricing. Link directly to the supplier policy where possible.

  4. When complete, toggle 'ready for client review'.

  5. Republish the trip to ensure the client sees the updated insurance information.

Linking to the supplier policy helps your clients see accurate information directly from the source.
