If the client's insurance policy isn't showing in the published itinerary, check the following:

  • Ensure the 'ready for client review' toggle is turned on for the insurance option. This setting ensures that insurance details are visible when publishing the trip.

  • After adjusting the settings, re-publish the trip for any changes to take effect.

With these steps, your client should see the insurance policy in the itinerary details.
