Currently, you can't add fields to the "Other Travel Preferences" section in Tern. However, you can use the Notes tab on contacts, which is not visible to clients, to store additional information. Alternatively, you can add custom items on forms and later transfer that information to the Notes tab since it won't sync automatically.
