If your client received a flight delay notification but you didn't, several factors might be at play. Advisors get alerts for schedule changes, delays, and cancellations, while travelers receive notifications for events within 72 hours of departure. Ensure the flight is entered as a "Smart Flight" with airline and flight number. Check your notification settings under Settings -> Notifications. If everything appears correct and the issue persists, please contact our support team.
