How to Receive Push Notifications as an Advisor
As an advisor, you may be wondering if you can receive push notifications for your traveler's flights. The answer is yes, but there are a few steps you need to take in order to set this up.
Opt in to receive flight status alerts
You, and your travelers, will need to opt in to receive flight status alerts
As an advisor, you can opt in to email alerts by going to Settings -> Notifications.
As a traveler, you can opt in to email alerts by going to Settings -> Notifications
Note: they'll need an account in order to access their settings and opt in.
As a traveler with the mobile app, you'll be prompted to opt in to push notifications (and can adjust this at any time).
