Travelers can access documents you upload into Tern on mobile and desktop. For your clients to see the documents three things need to be true.
1. The client needs to be logged into Tern. This is to make sure the sensitive information that may be in the documents is protected. You can share this with your clients to walk them through creating an account.
2. The document needs to be set to set to visible to travelers. When you look at the document on your end you'll see a checkbox that needs to be on for them to access it.
3. The traveler needs to have full access on the trip. In order to access documents the client should have full access to the trip. You control this via the Overview tab by clicking the "Manage travelers" button.
