Empower your clients with quick access to essential trip details on the go. From activity locations to departure times, the Tern app keeps them informed.

How to use the app as an advisor

Curious about your clients' mobile app experience? Log into the regular Tern for Travelers app with your advisor email address, to see all current client trips, and up to 25 upcoming trips. You can also opt in to receive the same flight change push notifications they receive.

  • Clients will see any upcoming and past trips you have published for them

Trip navigation

Clients have easy navigation to trip documents and pricing.

For help navigating long trips, the app also supports:

  • Auto scroll to current day

  • One-tap navigation to specific days

  • Date picker to jump to any day (great for long trips)

Selections and authorizations

Clients can approve your trips, request edits, and make selections/authorizations just like they can on web.

  • Why are travelers required to log in?

    • Travelers need secure access to sensitive details. Logging in ensures authorized access to passport numbers, confirmation numbers, and more.

  • Can clients message me via the app?

    • Clients have quick access to your phone number or email in case they need to reach out. There is not yet a built in chat or messaging experience in the app.

  • Does the app support offline mode or live flight updates?
