Why create an account?
We know, we know... who wants another account to manage and password to forget. The thing is there is a lot of sensitive data involved in travel. From passport information to confirmation numbers and location details we want to make sure your information is protected. Accounts help us keep your information secure.
How to create an account...
1. Click "Sign up for Tern"
You'll find this either at the top of your itinerary where it says "sign up" or by visiting https://app.tern.travel/signups/new.
2. Enter your email and password
Note: Use the same email your travel advisor has shared the itinerary with to ensure it matches your account with the information your travel advisor has entered.
3. Enter a password.
Note the password requirements! We require a secure password to make sure your travel information stays safe!
4. Click on Sign Up
5. Verify your email address. You will receive a verification email from [email protected] in order to do this.
6. Back on the sign up page, click on Next.
7. Enter in your name, phone number, and location.
8. Select I'm Traveling and my Advisor Suggested Tern…
This is important! Be sure to select this to create a free account that lets you access your travel details.
9. That's it!
You'll get an email confirmation from Tern. Once you've validated your email you'll be able to access all the information about your trip!Why Create an account?
