How can I remove the balance for a booking supplier?

To remove the balance, you can change the Booking Supplier, Price, or Payment Schedule on the item. Additionally, there is a purple alert on all authorized items providing this information. Reset the authorization status, then publish the trip so your clients will no longer see the authorization on the itinerary.
