Adding Pricing to an Itinerary After Creating a Supplier

To add pricing to your client's itinerary after creating a supplier, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Pricing Tab within your trip.

  2. Click "Edit" next to the trip package or individual trip component you want to add pricing to.

  3. Set pricing for the entire package or individual items, either as a flat rate or per person.

  4. Create different payment schedules if necessary.

For items like flights and lodging, manually enter the pricing details in the Booking & Pricing section of each item. Make sure to mark each as an individual item to assign its own pricing.
