To ensure the insurance you entered is included in your commission report, you need to mark it as 'Booked'. Here's how:
Go to the booking & pricing tab of the insurance activity.
Click on "mark as booked" under booking details.
Review and confirm the booking details.
Remember, Tern only tracks sales and commission data for activities marked as 'booked'. This applies to trip activities, packages, and insurance. When setting up insurance, make sure you've filled out all the necessary information, including the policy details and price. After marking it as booked, you'll see a new 'Received Commission' section where you can log payments as they come in. This will ensure your insurance commission is properly tracked and reported.
