Currently, Tern does not support starting workflows from forms directly. If using a Trip Creation form, leverage it to automatically trigger actions when a new trip is formed. You may also set triggers on trip status updates. Ensure your workflow specifies trip creation under 'Auto Apply' to execute automatically.
