If your agency is a Signature Travel Network member, Tern can sync your booking data directly to your Signature CRM account. This keeps your Signature reporting up to date automatically as bookings are confirmed and updated in Tern.
On each booking, you'll find a Signature section at the bottom of the booking details. This section gives you two controls that affect how the booking is reported to Signature.
Finding the Signature section
The Signature section appears at the bottom of the booking details panel for any booking on a Signature-connected agency. You'll see it when viewing:
The Financials tab on a trip activity
A tour or package booking (Payment Group)
A travel insurance booking
Both fields save automatically β there's no save button to click.
SigNet offer ID
If Signature has shared a SigNet offer or promotion ID with your agency, enter it here. Recording the offer ID against a booking helps Signature match the booking to the correct promotion when calculating Client Reach credits.
Leave this blank if no offer ID applies to the booking.
Use for Client Reach
This toggle controls whether this booking counts toward your Signature Client Reach program. It's turned on by default for every booking.
When to turn it off:
Signature requires that only one booking per travel category (hotel, cruise, tour, etc.) qualifies for Client Reach on a given trip. If a trip includes two hotel bookings β for example, two separate hotel stays on the same itinerary β you'll need to designate which one counts for Client Reach and turn the toggle off on the other. If you don't, Signature may reject the trip with a "Duplicate Reservation" error and the trip won't qualify.
How to handle it:
Identify which booking in each category best represents the trip for Client Reach purposes β typically the primary or highest-value one.
Leave Use for Client Reach on for that booking.
Open each other booking in the same category and turn the toggle off.
Changes sync to Signature automatically when you save.
Which bookings sync to Signature?
Tern syncs bookings that are in Confirmed status. Bookings that are still in planning or have been cancelled are excluded from the sync.
