How it works
Previously, packing lists had limited context about the trip. Now the AI can read every aspect of the itinerary — what activities are planned, where your client is going, how long they'll be away — and combine that with your writing style preferences to produce a list that sounds like it was written by you.
How to use it
Open AI Chat while on any trip and ask:
"Create a packing list based on the details of this trip"
"Generate a packing list for the Johnsons"
"What should my clients pack for this itinerary?"
The AI will confirm which trip it's working from, then produce a structured list organized by category — clothing, documents, toiletries, activities, and so on — based on the trip details.
Tips
The more detail in your itinerary (activity types, destinations, dates), the more accurate the packing list.
Set up your writing style in Settings > Branding so the list sounds like you.
You can ask the AI to adjust the list after it generates — "Add snorkeling gear" or "Make it more concise."
