How it works

When you ask the AI about a supplier's marketing email, it reads the offer details — destination, travel style, price point, dates — and searches your contacts and past trips to identify clients whose preferences and history match.


How to use it

Open AI Chat and ask:

  • "Grab the most recent marketing email from [supplier name] and tell me what clients I have that could be a good fit for it"

  • "Who in my database would be a good match for this cruise offer?"

The AI returns a list of matched contacts with a brief explanation of why each one is a good fit based on their preferences and travel history.


What the AI searches

The AI matches against:

  • Contact preferences — destination interests, travel style, activity preferences

  • Past trip history — destinations traveled, suppliers used

  • Notes from previous calls or interactions
