Tips on using Tern's integrated flight database.

You'll need to be logged in to your Tern account to follow this guide.

2. Open the trip you'd like to add the flight to by clicking on the card

Note: If you're using the list view for trips your view will be different than the screenshot below.

3. Drag a flight to the day you'd like to add it.

Click and hold on the flight icon. Then drag it to the day you'd like to add the flight to. The blue box shows you where the flight will be added which can be helpful if you have multiple activities on a day.

4. Click on Choose Date

If your column doesn't already have a date associated with it you'll need to define a date for the flight. This won't update the date of the entire column so if you're not sure which dates your client will want to trael

5. Enter in the flight number

In this case, we're looking at a United Flight from Newark to Paris (UA 57). Enter the flight information and click "Search Flight"

6. Your flight has been added

You can now track seat assignments, class of service, and other information on the flight activity.
