Information on how often cruise information is updated in Tern and what happens when a cruse you've added changes.

Currently all cruise data is synced weekly, though this may evolve over time to sync data that is less likely to change less frequently.

  • Ships: We update ships on a weekly basis.

  • Itineraries: We update itineraries on a weekly basis.

  • Cruise lines: We update cruise lines on a weekly basis.

What happens when a itinerary I've added to a trip changes?

When you apply a cruise template to an itinerary Tern creates individual activities representing the cruise. At this time Tern does not monitor these itineraries for changes.

What happens when a ship I've added to a trip changes?

When we get new ship information the ship's record in Tern is updated globally. That means all itineraries using that ship will be updated automatically to the latest information without the advisor needing to republish or share the itinerary.

What happens when a supplier is updated by the sync?

When we get new supplier information the supplier's record in Tern is updated globally. That means all itineraries using the supplier will be updated automatically to the latest information without the advisor needing to republish or share the itinerary.
