Walkthrough

1. Previewing the Itinerary

Access Preview Mode:

  • From the trips page on the itinerary tab, go to the top right of the itinerary page and click on "Preview."

  • This will display the detailed and interactive itinerary for your clients.

2. Branding Your Proposal

Customize Your Brand:

  • If your preview shows a plain brand box, take a break to customize your branding.

  • Click on the tasks button on the right-hand side and follow the checklist for building your brand.

  • Add your photo, background, and logo to make your page visually appealing.

3. Reviewing the Itinerary

Scroll Through the Itinerary:

  • Scroll down to see the full itinerary.

  • Option blocks, like the ones added for hotel choices, will be displayed.

Adding Media:

  • Ensure you’ve added photos to activities. Default placeholders will appear if no photo is added.

  • Use the media library to add relevant images, enhancing the visual appeal.

4. Cruise Details

Viewing Cruises:

  • Cruises added from Tern’s cruise library will show up with detailed information.

  • This includes details about the cruise line, ship, deck plans, and photos, all automatically populated.

Port Information:

  • Each port will have a map, which can be overridden with a photo if desired.

5. Toggle Between Views

Daily Overview:

  • At the top, you can toggle to a daily overview for a more compact view of the trip.

6. Pricing Tab

Adding Pricing Details:

  • If you add pricing information, it will appear in the pricing tab.

  • This includes the overall cost, credit card authorizations, and other financial details.

By following these steps, you can create a detailed, visually appealing, and interactive proposal for your clients in Tern. This enhances the client experience and showcases your attention to detail and branding.
