We send emails all the time but how can we know for certain that they've been opened? The answer is click tracking! Let's take a look at how Tern helps you track your email opens and clicks. Click tracking is only available for your emails in Tern if you have integrated your email address with Tern. You can do this in your Account Settings via the Email & Scheduling tab in the left sidebar.
Here's how it works:
You send an email to your client from Tern. There will be a time stamp to the right of your email.
βYour client opens that email or clicks a link in that email.
Now that there is activity in your email, you will see a little check mark to the right of the time stamp of your email in Tern.
βIf you click on the check mark, it will expand to show all your click and open analytics.

Now you can easily track when your clients have opened or clicked a link within an email!
