We send emails all the time but how can we know for certain that they've been opened? The answer is click tracking! Let's take a look at how Tern helps you track your email opens and clicks.
Here's how it works:
You send an email to your client from Tern. There will be a time stamp to the right of your email.
Your client opens that email or clicks a link in that email.
Now that there is activity in your email, you will see a little check mark to the right of the time stamp of your email in Tern.
If you click on the check mark, it will expand to show all your click and open analytics.
Now you can easily track when your clients have opened or clicked a link within an email!
