Upgrading to an annual plan is a great way to save money! Upgrading to an annual subscription can save you 20% on your annual Tern cost.
Choosing a yearly plan often provides a lower monthly cost overall, assisting with better subscription expense management.
To access your subscription settings:
Log in to Your Tern Account: Access your account using your username and password.
Click Your User Avatar: Locate your user avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
Navigate to Settings > Subscriptions: From your account menu, select
Settings > Subscriptions.Select the Yearly Plan or Click "Upgrade to Annual and Save": Choose the yearly plan or click the button labeled "Upgrade to Annual and Save" to proceed.
When you click on Upgrade to Annual and Save you'll be brought to a page that looks like this:
If you have a promotion code you will need to click "Add Promotional Code" where you can enter the code you were given.
Key Information to Note
Free Trial: If you are a new user, you will still receive a 14-day free trial period regardless of whether you initially choose the monthly or yearly plan.
Billing Adjustment: The new billing amount will reflect in your next billing cycle upon transitioning to the yearly plan.
Manage Your Subscription
You can always return to the Settings > Subscriptions page to view and manage your subscription details at any time. This includes checking billing cycles, upgrading or downgrading, and reviewing plan benefits.
