No, you are not required to pay for your advisors to join your agency on Tern.
You have two options:
Purchase Paid Seats: You can buy seats for your agents.
Individual Subscriptions: You can add agents to your team without purchasing seats, allowing them to pay for their own Tern subscriptions.
If you choose not to pay for their seats, your agents will receive an email invitation to join your agency. They can accept the invitation without needing to handle any payment themselves.
