Your agency owner will need to invite you to their agency in Tern through their Team page in User Settings.
From there, you can either join the agency as a new Tern subscriber, or from your existing Tern account.
Agents who do not have an existing Tern subscription:
If you do not have a Tern account, you'll receive an email with context on Tern and the invitation from your agency owner.
If your agency owner does not plan on paying for your seat, you'll receive an email that looks like this -
If your agency owner IS paying for your seat, you'll receive an email that looks like this
Agents with existing Tern accounts - joining an agency
If you are an agent who already has a Tern account, you'll just need to click 'Accept Invitation' to join
Note: in order for you to join an agency with your existing Tern account, the invited email will need to match. Contact your agency owner or admin if you need this email changed.
If your agency is not paying for your Tern subscription, the email will look like this:
If your agency is paying for your subscription, you'll be notified that you can cancel your existing personal subscription at any time.
You'll be able to see your affiliation with the agency in User Settings on the Agency Details page
Quick reminder on Logging your sales:
Now that you are connected to your agency, you'll want to make sure that you are logging your sales. To do this, you'll click on the booking and pricing tab of any activity that is ready to be logged, scroll down and click "Mark as booked" to log those details.
