I see that manually entering the credit cards is not an option. We have very busy professionals that do not always have the time to complete a payment form. Sometimes I collect this information over a phone call or text. What is your recommendation, for a process like this?
Answer:
We currently only support a more robust and secure credit card authorization process.
We built it this way to protect advisors from chargebacks, as we found that a lot of advisors were unintentionally putting themselves at risk when using client credit card information without a paper trail.
