Go to the Overview tab on the trip. The Overview Statement shows at the top of the itinerary, under Overview, so a video added here plays right on the page.
Hover over your itinerary in the Itinerary section and click the pencil icon. The itinerary card shows "No overview" if you haven't added an Overview Statement yet. Note: Don't click the + button in the Itinerary section. That creates a new itinerary option instead of editing the one you have.
Click the video icon in the Overview Statement toolbar and paste your YouTube link when prompted. This adds a video player your travelers can watch without leaving the itinerary. Note: If you paste a YouTube link straight into the text box, it shows up as a plain clickable link, not a video.
Click Update Itinerary.
Preview the updated itinerary by returning to the main itinerary screen and clicking 'Publish' to save your changes. Use the preview option to view the updated itinerary as your clients would see it. If your trip has more than one itinerary option: Each option has its own Overview Statement. Add the video to each option you want it to show on.
Tip: Videos added to an item's description (like a room, cruise, or info item) show on the itinerary card as a link. The video plays when your client clicks View details. To show a video directly on the itinerary page, add it to the Overview Statement.
