If you can't edit the payment box because it's grey, it might be due to viewing a preview while logged in as an advisor. To make changes, log in with a traveler account using a different email. Ensure the traveler has 'Full Access' to the trip, navigate to the "Booking & Pricing" tab, and adjust the price. This will reset the authorization to 'ready,' allowing your client to authorize when the trip is published.
