There are a few reasons why your travel insurance commission payments might not be showing up under your commission tab. Ensure that the insurance is marked as 'booked' in the booking & pricing tab, as commission status is tracked only after an activity is marked as booked. If it's marked as booked, check if the received commission is logged. For independent bookings, received payments need to be manually added, whereas for agency bookings, they appear when the agency admin logs them. If the issue persists after performing these checks, verify the booking details and commission information.
