To upload a flight confirmation email and get the content correctly parsed into your itinerary, open the synced email within Tern. Use the 'Related Content' panel to link it to your trip and select the related activity. Verify the parsed content before clicking 'Add' to update the activity. Additionally, for enhanced results, add flights as 'Smart Flights' by inputting the airline and flight number, then click 'search'.
