There's no direct way to change a form status from incomplete to complete. If a client starts a form but doesn't submit it, it stays incomplete. However, clients can revisit and submit their incomplete form by using the original link. Once submitted, the form automatically updates to complete, sending a notification. You can view partial form responses to decide on a follow-up with clients.
