If appointments are marked as 'Incomplete,' it means the client either abandoned the form, missed a required field, or did not click submit to complete it. You cannot make form responses complete from your end; you will need to contact your clients and ask them to return to the form and finish it or ensure they click submit. They can revisit the form using the same link they originally used, and their responses will be saved.
