To add a payment for a customer's vacation, you have several options:
For booked activities: Go to the booking & pricing tab and click "mark as booked" under booking details. After marking it as booked, you'll see a new 'Received Commission' option to add a payment.
For trip packages: When creating a trip package, you can add the booking price and other details, including commission information.
Using the Authorizations tab: Review all authorizations for the trip. As soon as you publish the trip, any payment authorizations marked as "ready" will automatically show up to your client. Deposits and full amounts can be authorized separately.
